Compliance With Law

All firearm and ammunition sales are conducted in strict compliance with federal law, New York State law, and applicable local regulations. Firearms may only be transferred through a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.

FFL Transfers

Firearms purchased online must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer selected by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring the receiving of the dealer’s information is accurate and current.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this website or any purchased products for unlawful purposes. Defensor Gun Range reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its discretion.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice. Inventory availability is not guaranteed until the order is confirmed.

Shipping Policy

(Continental United States Only)

Shipping Area Restrictions

Defensor Gun Range ships products only within the Continental United States (lower 48 states).
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Orders placed with shipping addresses outside the Continental United States will be canceled and refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Firearms

• Firearms are shipped only to a verified Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer located within the Continental United States.
• Firearms will not be shipped directly to customers.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring the selected FFL dealer is valid and able to accept the transfer.
• All transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL dealer are the responsibility of the customer.
• Orders will not ship until FFL documentation is received and verified.

Ammunition & Accessories

• Ammunition and accessories ship only within the Continental United States, subject to federal, state, and local restrictions.
• Certain items may be restricted to in-store pickup only based on legal or safety considerations.
• Orders containing items restricted by law for the destination state or locality will be canceled.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment authorization, fraud screening, and compliance verification. Processing times may be extended due to inventory availability or regulatory review.

Shipping Carriers

Shipping carriers and service levels are selected at checkout. Defensor Gun Range reserves the right to substitute carriers as necessary to ensure lawful and secure delivery.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to an invalid address, refusal, or inability of the receiving FFL to accept delivery, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs and applicable restocking fees.

Refund & Return Policy

Firearms

• All firearm sales are final.
• No returns or refunds once a firearm has shipped to an FFL dealer.
• If a firearm is refused by the receiving FFL due to customer ineligibility, a restocking fee may apply.

Ammunition

• Ammunition sales are final due to safety and regulatory reasons.
• No returns or exchanges.

Accessories & Merchandise

• Unused, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
• Original receipt required.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 5 business days of delivery for resolution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to process.
